The first pillar involves 3 basic parts:

=  Signed ‘Declaration of Equality’ that meets certain      requirements

=  Association 6 stamp of equality

=  Awareness workshop, in person or online, or an awareness campaign at a particular event

⁠⁠Association 6 offers three affiliation levels that are tailor made to each targets’ needs and requirements. These levels vary in approach but all have the same goal, to make equality visible in all sporting arenas.

Association 6 offers unique Ambassador and Educational programs for various stakeholders as well as Event Awareness Campaigns. 

The purpose of the Ambassador and Awareness Campaigns is to increase peoples understanding and perception of homophobia in sport.  Education programs are also offered to further develop this awareness and can come in the following forms:  

Workshops and seminars

= Online educational programs for a variety of stakeholders

= Event awareness education campaigns

= Research and data collection

Each program will be tailor made to specific targets and can include the following topics:
